PGP: Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is a publicly available encryption scheme that uses the "public key" architecture for exchanging files or messages with confidentiality and authentication.
Small to Medium Enterprise (SME): Small to Medium size Enterprise (SME) is generally defined as businesses with less than 250 employees.
SSL: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol originally developed by Netscape Communications to enable encrypted, authenticated communications across a network. SSL used mostly in communications between web browsers and web servers. URL's that begin with 'https' indicate that an SSL connection will be used.
X.509: X.509 standard is an authentication certificate scheme recommended by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T) which is used for SSL/TLS authentication.
XML: eXtensible Markup Language (XML) is a subset of SGML constituting a particular text markup language for interchange of structured data. XML is a trademark of the World Wide Web Consortium.
