Global Web Limited presented two papers at the 2nd International Conference on e-Learning in New York - ICEL 2007. The papers described results from two on-going e-learning projects in Scotland in the areas of e-learning for medical and educational applications. Subsequently one of these papers was also chosen for inclusion in the Electronic Journal of e-Learning.

The Cookbook 2007 was launched in the Haag on 5 June 2007. The design of a cookbook cover for 'Taste For Life' was designed by Global Web. This book contains recipes from embassies and international entities from The Hague and around the World. Global Web Limited are one of the project's sponsors.

During 2007 the Space Congress will be held in Scotland. As part of the programme, secondary pupils in Scotland will be invited to learn more about Space flight and to raise their awareness of the history of space flight and the diverse range of career opportunities available in science and technology. Global Web Limited has developed an interactive site to support this project.

The Taste For Life project has been developed by Rotary Club The Hague Metropolitan (RCTHM) which is a Netherlands English language club. A cookbook is to raise funds for a 'Water Management' project at two Desa Schools in Central Java, and a web site was developed to promote their good work.
