Global Web Limited was pleased to be selected to be the developer of a web site to support the 'Scottish Oil and Gas Innovation Forum' 2 day workshop being held at Marriott Hotel, Aberdeen, Scotland.

Global Web Limited will be exhibiting at Offshore Europe'95 which is to be held in Aberdeen between 5-8 September 1995.

During July 1995 Global Web Limited was invited to exhibit at the Scottish Office organized Information Highways conference and exhibition that was intended to stress the importance of Information Highways to future business activities and offered a unique opportunity for participants to benefit from a day covering the Scottish, UK and European perspective.

During May 1995 Global Web Limited exhibited on the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) stand at the NEC Control and Instrumentation Exhibition and launched the DTI NeuroComputing Web.

A new information technology company has been set-up in Aberdeen, which aims to provide one of the most comprehensive computer-based services to commerce and industry across Europe.

A full media briefing was held by Global Web Limited at the Balgownie Technology Centre to update key members of the media about Global Web Limited's activities.

Dr. Gary Whittington gave an extended presentation about the commercial importance of the Internet to Grampian-based business. The presentation included full on-line demonstration of existing use of the Internet within Grampian, Scotland and world-wide.
